Yesterday, Sales team got client from Merchantrade Money that willing to invest in 988 Facebook Live.
988 Digital team need to conduct the FB Live for the client and as usual Engineering department need to prepare the internet line for TriCaster System and audio equipment. We also need to standby during the live event.
While doing the test with 988 Digital team around 4:30 P.M, we face some problem. 988 Fb Live cannot live in the live test page. We got an error like below.
We try to do speed test but the system fail to open the speed test web page but when we open YouTube and Gmail, we manage to watch video from YouTube. We decided to restart/reboot the Unifi router.
After restart everything back to normal, we manage to do the speed test and we successfully test Facebook live.
